What's in your treats?

Each variety contains one real ingredient, and only one. What we mean by real it is free from fillers, flavors and preservatives. It's a natural, human-grade ingredient that has been gently prepared as a dog treat. Sometimes, simplicity is radical.

Where are your ingredients from? 

All our ingredients are sourced and packed in the United States.

We work closely with domestic farms and facilities that meet our standards for safety, animal welfare, and environmental care. 

Are your treats safe for dogs with sensitivities?

Yes. In fact, they’re often ideal.

With just one ingredient per treat and no hidden additives, our treats remove the guesswork, which is especially helpful for dogs with allergies or dietary restrictions.

Are your treats organic or grass-fed?

While we aren’t certified organic at this time, many of our sourcing partners use organic practices. 

We prioritize quality over labels, and will always be clear about where things come from.

That said, our ingredients and products are human-grade, because we only want to feed our dogs what we would feed ourselves. 

How are your treats preserved without additives?

We use gentle dehydration and freeze-drying methods to remove moisture and extend shelf life naturally, no preservatives required.

How should I store the treats?

Once opened, keep your treats in a cool, dry place. Utilize the reseal tab on our pouches to extend their freshness. 

How long do they last?

Unopened, the treats remain fresh for several months. Please reference the expiration date printed on the pouch.

Once opened, we recommend using them within 4–6 weeks for best taste and texture.

How much is shipping, and how long will it take?

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders over $49 ship complimentary.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days via carbon-neutral carriers. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it ships.

Is your packaging recyclable or compostable?

Our pouches themselves are fully compostable, designed to break down gently and responsibly.

At the moment, our labels are recyclable but not compostable, we're still working on a solution to reach a fully compostable packaging solution. In the meantime, prior to composting your pouch, simply pull the labels off, and you can recycle those. 

We chose compostable materials over traditional plastic to minimize impact, without compromising quality.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes, you can sign up for Regular Dispatch on the product page. We make it easy to pause or cancel your subscription.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot offer returns. However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Please contact us if your experience ever falls short.
